The process of installation of an IDOL is spiritual experience of highest level an involves long pooja of 3-5 days. The process includes immersion of the Idol in different mediums  1. Jaladhivas- Water  2. Dhãnyãdhivãs- Wheat  3. Ghrutãdhivãs- in cow’s ghee 

4 Fruit Bath-  5 Dhanavas- in currency  6. Abhishek- with milk or water, honey etc- and some 108 herbals  6. Netra-anãvaran- The covered eyes are opened-  7. Shayawas-  a night’s rest   8 Sthapana – the next day Murti is installed
